Me and my daughter Amie

Me and my daughter Amie

In the car going back to Teyssieéres, Amie reads aloud the letters written between Jack and Katherine when they were separated by Katherine's illness and she was scared to be left on her own. Some of the passages are so heartbreaking that I have to to pull over and take a deep breath to avoid driving off a Mediterranean cliff. In Cassis, Amie and I go hat shopping to lighten Katherine’s grip on us.
